As a full-service Realtor & Broker, Rich also holds the CSP & ABR designations for Certified Sales Professional in new construction & Accredited Buyer Representative (Buyer Agent).  In 2009 he received REBAC's (Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council) highest honor, Inductee to Realtor Hall Of Fame for his Buyer Agency/Representation practices in Pennsylvania. 

In addition to work, work, work...  Rich also recognizes his Civic responsibilities to the communities he serves.  He is President of his local Rotary Club, Chaired the Board of Deacons, served as Youth Counselor, sponsors local youth sport teams and is a staple at annual Thanksgiving Day (Turkey Bowl) events where he, family, friends & many past/new clients take part in & play every year!

Aside from professional & volunteer activities Rich enjoys the shore, Walt Disney World with family, golfing (when possible!) and annual retreats with friends & family plus Wine/Food Festivals with his wife Trina.
